This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me print documents during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for xmas!

If you're craving a quick bite, McDonald's is just a hop away! I also loved that the breakfast spread had a huge variety. the lady managing it really put her heart into it! The room was clean and the air conditioning hit just right—perfect after a day out exploring.

The beds were very comfortable!

I can't believe there was no coffee pot in the room! This was a major disappointment and a definite reason for me to NEVER stay here again! Additionally, the staff was incredibly rude and condescending towards me.

The highs and the lows

The indoor pool and hot tub were a highlight, creating a relaxing atmosphere! The breakfast offered plenty of options, keeping everyone satisfied—even my picky eaters.

Yet, our check-in experience was subpar, with a staff member who seemed indifferent and unhelpful. We had issues with room service, which wasn't addressed timely.

Had an overall decent stay, even though there were a few quirks. One staff member named JD (I believe) was super friendly, asking how our day was and if there was anything we needed in our room. A real standout moment when he went out of his way to make it cute! Breakfast had some fresh options too, just not crazy about the instant eggs being a bit watery.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The stay at Best Western in Lehi had its ups and downs. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a nice space to unwind. Loved the hot breakfast—it had a great variety, and the breakfast staff worked hard to ensure everything was stocked and fresh. The location was also convenient, with plenty of nearby dining options. However, the housekeeping could use improvement. My beds weren't properly made daily, and there were used cups left behind. I didn't appreciate being charged for bottled water each day either.

The cleanliness was impeccable—my room sparkled! The indoor pool was a lovely bonus too. Just wish the bathroom could be a bit bigger. 😊

Super clean and comfy stay!

Check-in was a piece of cake, and the lobby looked so fresh and inviting. Our room was pretty spacious and nicely done up. The only bummer? The bathroom had some peeling wallpaper that they should really fix. The pool was amazing, though, and the breakfast had solid choices. Loved the snack bar for a late-night munch!
